In this session, we’ll slow things down and explore what real resilience looks like when life and leadership feel demanding. You’ll be introduced to the concept of heart coherence – a simple yet powerful way to regulate stress, reconnect with yourself, and learn about a grounded, centered place that you can tap into whenever you’d like to.
