Is Coaching or Training the Better Fit for You? 

If you’re embarking on a big work project or seeking direction, Leadership Coaching offers the dedicated support you need to move forward with clarity and confidence. Working with a leadership coach saves time, money, and energy by helping you avoid pitfalls and periods of indecision that can happen when working on your own.  

If you’re dealing with stress, overwhelm, or challenges with life balance, then HeartMath Coaching or Training may be an ideal next step. Many people find that when they get their stress under control, a lot of other challenges become easier to manage.

And, if you’re concerned about your health as a whole, Health Coaching could be a great next step. While a health coach cannot diagnose or treat health conditions, what we can do is support you in implementing lifestyle changes that have been recommended by a medical professional. You may be struggling with adding more activity and/or making dietary changes, in addition to managing stress. We can look at those aspects, too.

It’s not unusual for people to work on both their success and well-being simultaneously, although most people have a primary emphasis. We can focus on whatever combination best supports you in creating the life you desire for yourself.

As a coach, I know how to ask the right questions to help you identify what is most important to you so we can get you back on track and moving forward in the direction of your goals.
